I believe that every person holds the innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Whole Hearted Wellness, I view counseling as a collaborative journey—two or more people sharing space, exploring identity, uncovering meaning, and creating new possibilities together.

My approach is rooted in compassion, openness, and inclusivity. Having worked in advocacy, crisis counseling, and social justice work, I strive to create a safe, affirming, and empowering environment where every identity is respected and valued. I view humans from a holistic perspective, considering all parts of a person’s life including their biology, environment, culture, relationships, and lived experiences. I am developing a strong interest in working with clients navigating their sexual health, intimacy concerns, identity exploration, and trauma. I feel passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through these experiences as I continue to expand my training.

Education & Experience

I combine person-centered, existential, narrative, and other evidence-based approaches to create a process that fits each client’s unique journey. Through empathy, storytelling, and inner child work, I support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves, reframing limiting beliefs, and building self-compassion building self-compassion. Upon graduation, I plan to pursue my LPC-IT and MFT training license. Currently, I am a student intern under the clinical supervision of Shannon Doherty, MS, LMFT (Lic. #918-124), and AAMFT Approved Supervisor, with the goal of serving clients throughout their lifespan. I believe healing thrives through meaningful connection and community, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery, inner alignment, and evolution— helping you feel safe not only in the counseling space, but also within yourself.
